Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Civilization mobile application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Agreement Parties

These Terms are a binding agreement between you ("End User") and nasrudin ("Developer"). You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Solana Mobile Inc. or any of its affiliates (collectively, "Solana Mobile"). The Developer is solely responsible for the Application and its content.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Relationship with Solana Mobile

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Solana Mobile is a third-party platform provider and is not a party to these Terms.
• Solana Mobile has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Application.
• In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the relevant payment processor or app store provider; however, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Solana Mobile will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. For support inquiries, please contact nasrudin1998@proton.me.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings of the Application.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application if you are located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country.

6. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is solely liable for any product liability claims, property damage, personal injury, or third-party intellectual property infringement claims related to your use of the Application. You agree to release and waive all claims against Solana Mobile arising from your use of the Application.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

8. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
